• Identify a tree and its leaves

• Listen to the sound of running water

• Spot an animal footprint or track

• Find a feather

• Discover a unique-shaped rock

• Identify a cloud formation

• Spot a butterfly or moth

• Listen to the sound of a bird singing

• Find a pinecone

• Discover a wild mushroom or fungus

• Identify a four-leaf clover (if lucky!)
