The yoga kit is wonderful. It has some some explanatory cards and the children are inspired to pick a card and try and do the position. It’s very user-friendly and I highly recommend it for ages maybe 2 to 12.. The illustrations are calming. It is a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it.!
