Free Shipping Promotions

  • Free shipping offers apply only to the shipping methods specified (e.g., standard ground).

  • Threshold-based free shipping promotions (e.g., orders over $50) are calculated after discounts, but before taxes and shipping.

Exclusions

  • Certain products, brands, or categories may be excluded from promotions. These exclusions may not always be disclosed in the promotional details. 

  • Final sale items, gift cards, and shipping fees are not eligible for discounts.

Bundles & Special Pricing

  • In cases of bundle pricing or “buy one, get one” offers, all items must be purchased together in a single transaction.

  • Returns on promotional bundles will be adjusted to reflect the discounted price.

Compliance with California Law

  • All promotional pricing will reflect genuine, verifiable discounts. “Sale” pricing will always be based on a bona fide former price in compliance with California law.

  • Promotions will never be misleading, and full terms will always be clearly disclosed.
