Refund policy for Smol products
We strive to provide the best quality product with a prompt delivery, however if you are unhappy with your order please see the return policy below.
- All unopened/unused Smol products are eligible for returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping. Once a return is initiated, the order must be returned within 30 days to be eligible for a refund or exchange.
- Due to safety liabilities any used product cannot be returned or refunded.
- All Smol products are covered by a 6 month limited warranty that includes only factory defects and are only available to those who purchased the product. Those who received the product secondhand are not eligible. Think you’ve received a factory defect? Contact our customer service team.
- If you are missing a part for any product please reach out within 7 business days to our customer service team with your confirmation number at hello@playsmol.com
- Please note that orders cannot be modified or cancelled. We recommend double-checking the items in your cart and your contact information before finishing the checkout process.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us within 7 business days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Lost Packages
All missing orders need to be reported to us within 7 business days. Lost packages are eligible for in store credit or a replacement.
